The CHEK philosophy is one of wholeness, and the Exercise Coach is concerned with guiding each client to a balanced, healthy life.
Each client is assessed in relation to:
Posture
Muscle balance (weaknesses, flexibilities etc.)
Life stress (muscle tensions, cravings, sleep patterns, work/life balance)
Nutritional balance

By gaining such a wide range of information, the client’s programme towards health and vitality is then tailored to meet their specific needs, and to address areas of high priority.

The intensity of the programme is matched to the client’s current level of wellbeing –for example, a stressed individual with postural issues having a gentle, corrective programme as opposed to a more intense regime for a client who has little stress.

CHEK Exercise Coaching is ideal for
Back strength and Pain relief.
Abdominal Strength and Posture alignment – especially post–natal women, sedentary workers.
Injury rehabilitation – strengthening the muscles and movements with the guidance of your physiotherapist.
Weight control – eating according to your Metabolic Type.
Golf fitness – build your strength and flexibility and drive further!
General Fitness.
