Having worked in the world of business for a substantial length of time, I began my complimentary career when I completed a Diploma in Western Reflexology. I returned to Ireland after 2 ½ years travelling and happily began practicing as a Reflexologist. Since then I have also completed a Diploma in Plexus Bio Energy, a powerful energy healing therapy.

Everybody has a right to be healthy. I am committed to helping people find an alternative method of healing life’s challenges. I believe a holistic approach to an illness, stress or imbalance can help dissolve the complaint permanently. The effects of daily life can often impact a person’s body adversely, unfortunately leading to a multitude of illnesses. I help facilitate people to return to a natural state of balance and health, in a safe environment. It is important that every individual is responsible for his or her own health and well-being. My role is to educate the person on how to maintain the effects of the therapy long after they have left my clinic.
