The Hawthorn Clinic was set up to provide a peaceful, harmonious, safe space for Complementary Health Practitioners to establish their practice in Galway.
The Hawthorn Clinic was the brainchild of Karen Egan who is a
qualified Acupuncturist and Massage therapist, her concept to create a
Complementary Health centre finally came into fruition in November 2005.
After a highly successful number of years running the center,
I decided to focus solely on my acupuncture practice and have relocated
the Hawthorn Clinic to above O'Beirns Pharmacy, 11 Henry St, Galway.
Aim
My aim at the Hawthorn Clinic is to provide quality
therapies for my clients, offering a variety of
treatments that take into account not only the physical factors, but
the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the individual. By
empowering the client in this way, it encourages the client to take
responsibility for their own health, as well as facilitating the body’s
own innate healing process. I have been trained in a variety of
disciplines and am a member of professional
insurance bodies.
